We are excited to introduce an upgraded Online Services platform that simplifies how you apply for, manage, or renew your licence. This launch is part of our multi-year journey to make working in the safety system a seamless experience for our clients and partners.
Improvements You Can Expect with Online Services for Licensing
Your licensing journey just got easier. With Online Services for licensing, you can take advantage of many new benefits to support your licensing needs:
Quicker processing: Receive your licence up to 6 days faster when you apply online.
Easier renewals: Renew your licence up to 6 months in advance without affecting the duration of an existing licence. This ensures you can continue to work without interruptions caused by the application or processing times.
Monitor the real-time status of your application: View the real-time status of your application anytime, anywhere, and on any device.
Please note: clients in elevating devices, amusement devices, and passenger ropeways will not yet be able to submit a new licence application through Online Services with this initial launch. This functionality will be available for these clients in a future release.
