Swinging chairlift deropes haul rope

Location: Invermere
Description: Passenger unloading from a chairlift swung the carrier excessively. This caused the carrier to swing in and impact with the guide sheave assembly. This impact caused the haul rope to derope and be retained by the haul rope deropement catcher.
